5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access API credentials, scrape the site abusively, or disrupt services.
• Do not use our channels to track unrelated third-party shipments without authorization.
• Do not misuse carrier marks or imply endorsement beyond permitted API display rules.

6. Intellectual property

7. Limitation of liability

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, they may be submitted to a competent court in Bao’an District, Shenzhen.

4. 免责声明

轨迹与投递证明来自第三方承运商或轨迹平台，我们不保证其持续可用、完整或实时准确； 是否提供签名图/投递照取决于承运商政策与服务产品。

5. 责任限制与适用法律

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对间接损失及因承运商延误、包裹丢失或第三方接口故障导致的损失不承担责任。 本条款适用中华人民共和国法律；争议应先友好协商，协商不成可提交深圳市宝安区有管辖权的人民法院处理。
